These Terms of Use regulate access, browsing and use of "ProFuturo Resources" services through the website (, a digital space developed with GNOSS technology, the property of RIAM INTELEARNING LAB, S.L. which is hosted by the educational platform Didactalia (

ProFuturo Resources is a free service provided by the ProFuturo Foundation (hereinafter ProFuturo) for teachers who create, develop and share educational experiences, spaces and resources.

To use the ProFuturo Resources service, and actively participate in, you must register in the community.

By accessing or using the service, you state that you have read the terms of access and agree to them.

2. Access to the ProFuturo Resources website

2.1. Access requirements

To set up a user account on and access our services, which are restricted to educational use only, you must be at least 14 years old. By registering with ProFuturo Resources, you represent that you meet this requirement and are able to understand, accept and comply with the terms of access. ProFuturo may ask you at any time to provide proof of your actual age by asking you to produce a photocopy of your national ID card or an equivalent document. ProFuturo reserves the right to block or cancel your profile if such information is not provided to us within the deadline we indicate in our request.

Note: If we find that a child under the age of 14 is registered as a user with ProFuturo Resources, we will block and/or delete their user profile.

When you register as a user, you must choose a username and password. Every time you wish to enter the network, the system will ask you for your username and password for authentication. Users will be responsible for all actions carried out with their credentials.

ProFuturo is not responsible for how you store these credentials, or for the use that any third party may make of them without your consent.

ProFuturo may restrict the use of certain usernames that breach the rights of third parties, or are rude or pejorative, denigrating, or offensive to morals and good manners.

2.2 Registration procedure for ProFuturo Resources

To register with ProFuturo Resources, you must complete the registration procedure on the website You will be able to do this if you receive an e-mail invitation from the administrators of ProFuturo Resources, by following the link that will take you to the registration form. During this registration process, we will ask you for your account access details and some basic personal information. If you already have an account with Didactalia, you can register with ProFuturo Resources by clicking on "Login” in the website and entering your Didactalia access credentials (e-mail and password).

Note: by registering in ProFuturo Resources, you will also obtain access to the following communities of the educational platform ( that hosts it: Didactalia Interactive Maps (, Science Games (, Timelines Games ( as well as the platform’s main community ( that contains a remarkable collection of educational content. 

If you wish, you can unsubscribe from these services through the means provided by ProFuturo Resources and Didactalia.

2.3 Withdrawal from ProFuturo Resources 

In the same way that you register, you can cancel your account with the ProFuturo Resources service by sending an e-mail to with the subject "Unsubscribe from ProFuturo Resources" , indicating in the body of the message the e-mail address with which you are registered at ProFuturo Resources. Upon processing the cancellation, your profile will be deleted, as well as the information visible to other users.

The deletion of this data guarantees compliance with ProFuturo's data protection policy.

ProFuturo may, at its discretion and at any time, temporarily or permanently interrupt access and/or service to the website. This interruption may be carried out without prior notice and by accepting these conditions when registering you are agreeing to the deactivation of your ProFuturo Resources accounts and profiles. 

ProFuturo will not be liable to third parties or users for the termination or suspension of access or modification thereof.

3. Intellectual and industrial property rights

All the contents of the site, including text, graphics, images, videos, its design and the intellectual property rights that could correspond to these contents, as well as all the trademarks, trade names or any other distinctive sign are the property of ProFuturo or its legitimate owners, and all rights over them are reserved.

All the elements of development, programming, design and any other material subject to intellectual property or copyright that make up and that are necessary for its operation are protected in favour of RIAM I+L Lab.

The contributions and content, regardless of their nature, by Users of ProFuturo Resources through the various available publication tools of which they are authors, will be made under a Creative Commons license under the terms of the “Attribution – ShareAlike (by-sa) 3.0" license that allows the commercial use of the work and the possible derived works, which must be distributed under a license equal to the one that regulates the original work. In the event that you contribute materials and content not subject to the Creative Commons licences, and in accordance with current regulations on intellectual property, you may not publish, modify, distribute or reproduce materials protected by these laws, registered trademarks or any other material belonging to other persons, including co-authored works, without obtaining the prior consent of the owners of these rights. As a user who uploads these materials, you are responsible for obtaining this permission, and no obligation may arise for ProFuturo in connection with such permissions.

4. Data protection

In order to become a member of ProFuturo Resources, Users must set up an account on ProFuturo Resources (, where their personal data will be registered. The personal data provided by Users will be processed under the terms and conditions specified in the Privacy Policy.

5. Responsibilities and use of ProFuturo Resources

The responsibility for the use of ProFuturo Resources lies with Users. Users undertake to make appropriate use of the content and services in accordance with the following, and to refrain from using them to: incur in activities that are unlawful, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order; disseminate contents or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in defence of terrorism or against human rights; cause damage to the physical and logical systems of ProFuturo Resources, its suppliers or third parties; introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are susceptible to causing the aforementioned damage; and/or try to access and, where applicable, use the accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

ProFuturo reserves the right to withdraw all those comments and contributions which infringe on the respect for personal dignity, or which are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, or which threaten young people or children, public order or security, or which, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication.

In any case, ProFuturo is not responsible for the opinions expressed by Users through the forums or other participation tools that may be developed.
