ProFuturo Resources Terms of Use
1. These Conditions regulate the access, navigation and use of the "ProFuturo Resources" service through the website (http://resources.profuturo.education/en), a digital space developed with GNOSS technology, property of RIAM INTELEARNING LAB, S.L., which is hosted on the Didactalia educational platform (https://didactalia.net).
2. To make use of the ProFuturo Resources service, and to actively participate in https://resources.profuturo.educationyou must sign-up in its community. By accessing or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read the terms of access and accept them.
3. To create a user account on https://resources.profuturo.education and access our services, which are limited to educational use, you must be at least 14 years old. By registering with ProFuturo Resources, you declare that you meet this requirement and are able to understand, accept and comply with the conditions of access. ProFuturo may request information from you at any time to prove your real age by asking you to provide us with a photocopy of your ID card or equivalent document. ProFuturo reserves the right to block or cancel your profile if such information is not provided to us within the time period indicated in your request. Note: If we become aware that a child under the age of 14 is registered as a ProFuturo Resources User, we will block and/or delete their User profile.

Registration and deregistration procedure in ProFuturo Resources

In this registration process we will ask you for your account login details and some basic personal data. If you already have an account with Didactalia, you can sign up for ProFuturo Resources by clicking first on "Sign in" on the website http://resources.profuturo.education/en and entering your Didactalia login details (email and password) and then by clicking "Become a member and participate".
2. In the same way that you register, you can cancel your ProFuturo Resources account by sending an email to protecciondedatos@fundacionprofuturo.org with the subject "Unsubscribe from ProFuturo Resources" and indicate in the body of the message the email address with which you are registered in ProFuturo Resources. Upon cancellation, your profile will be deleted, as well as the information visible to other users.
The deletion of this data ensures compliance with ProFuturo's data protection policy.
ProFuturo may, at its sole discretion and at any time, temporarily or permanently discontinue access and/or service to the website. This can be done without notice and, by agreeing to these terms by registering, you agree to the deactivation of your ProFuturo Resources accounts and profiles.

Estas condiciones contienen la regulación general de los servicios prestados por DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN a través del sitio web del ecosistema educativo Didactalia (www.didactalia.net o cualquiera de sus dominios asociados) (en adelante, el “Sitio Web”), por lo que constituyen un contrato entre DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN S.L., propietaria del servicio Didactalia y el Usuario o Cliente (en adelante, el “USUARIO”).

Didactalia.net es un Ecosistema Educativo global para profesores, padres y estudiantes desde la Educación Infantil hasta el Bachillerato, propiedad de DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN S.L (en adelante DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN).
DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN ofrece, a través de una plataforma cognitiva, una constelación de contenidos y servicios para aprender que funcionan con un motor de Inteligencia Artificial: una notable colección de recursos educativos con un buscador inteligente, juegos de geografía, juegos de ciencias naturales, lecciones listas para ser usadas, la posibilidad de construir nuevas narraciones educativas sobre la base de grafos dinámicos interactivos y sistemas de enriquecimiento de la información, herramientas de autor, laboratorios educativos y comunidades de aprendizaje y porfolio educativo son algunos ejemplos de los recursos y utilidades disponibles en la plataforma a través de la dirección Web https://didactalia.net.
De manera gratuita se puede acceder a un servicio básico. Este servicio se complementa con una propuesta de contenidos y funciones exclusivos para suscriptores que se explican en la página Didactalia Más. Se ofrece también a los profesores la posibilidad de crear Clases en las que trabajar su asignatura en un espacio social, común para todos sus alumnos (ver Clases Didactalia).
No es necesario registrarse para visitar las páginas web del Servicio didactalia.net. Sin embargo, se le requerirá registrarse para acceder a determinados servicios y participar activamente en www.didactalia.net.
3. CONDICIONES DE ACCESO
Las presentes Condiciones regulan el acceso, navegación y uso al servicio didactalia.net.
3.1 Requisitos de acceso
Podrás crear una cuenta de usuario en didactalia.net y acceder a nuestros servicios, que estarán limitados a un uso educativo: i) si eres mayor de 14 años; ii) si tienes menos de 14 años, con el consentimiento de tu padre, madre o tutor legal. Al registrarte en didactalia.net, declaras que cumples con estos requisitos y estas capacitado para entender, aceptar y cumplir con las condiciones de acceso y código ético que rigen el funcionamiento de esta red social. DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN puede solicitarte información en cualquier momento para que demuestres tu edad real. Desde DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN nos reservamos el derecho a bloquear o cancelar tu perfil si no nos das esa información dentro del plazo que te digamos.
Nota: Si constatamos que un menor de 14 años está registrado como Usuario en el Sitio Web sin el consentimiento de su padre, madre o tutor legal, eliminaremos o bloquearemos el perfil de Usuario.
Al tramitar el alta como usuario, deberás elegir unas claves de acceso. Cada vez que desees entrar en la red, el sistema te solicitará estas claves para autentificarte, siendo responsable de todas las acciones que se realicen con tu nombre de usuario y contraseña.
DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN no se responsabiliza de la custodia que realices de estos elementos identificativos, ni el uso que un tercero haga de éstos sin tu consentimiento.
DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN puede restringir el uso de determinados nombres de usuario que vulneren derechos de terceros así como malsonantes o peyorativos, denigrantes, o que atenten contra la moral y las costumbres.
3.2 Procedimiento de alta en Didactalia
Para darte de alta en Didactalia es necesario que te registres en la página didactalia.net. o cualquiera de sus dominios asociados. Podrás hacerlo pinchando en “Regístrate”. En este proceso de registro te pediremos tus datos de acceso a la cuenta y tus datos personales. Nota: al registrarte en la plataforma educativa (https://didactalia.net) o en cualquiera de las comunidades de su ecosistema, te damos acceso también a las comunidades de juegos educativos de Didactalia (juegos de geografía (https://mapasinteractivos.didactalia.net/) juegos de ciencias (https://cienciasnaturales.didactalia.net/) y juegos de línea del tiempo (https://timelines.didactalia.net/) además de a la comunidad principal de la plataforma (https://didactalia.net/comunidad/materialeducativo) que contiene una colección de más de 100.000 contenidos educativos.
Si lo deseas, puedes darte de baja de estos servicios mediante los medios habilitados para tal fin por Didactalia.
3.3 Procedimiento de baja en Didactalia
Del mismo modo que tramitas el alta, puedes cancelar tu cuenta dirigiéndote a didactalia@didactalia.net. Al tramitar la cancelación, tu perfil será eliminado, así como la información visible para otros usuarios.
La eliminación de estos datos garantiza el cumplimiento de la política de protección de datos.
DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN puede, a su entera disposición y en cualquier momento, interrumpir temporal o permanentemente el acceso y/o servicio. Esta interrupción puede realizarla sin previo aviso y por el hecho de aceptar estas condiciones al registrarte estás aceptando la desactivación de tus cuentas y perfiles en Didactalia.
DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN no será responsable frente a terceros o el propio usuario de la finalización o suspensión del acceso o modificación del mismo.
4. CÓDIGO ÉTICO
El siguiente código constituye el marco para el buen uso de Didactalia. Este código ético recoge las reglas de convivencia dentro de la red que favorecen un entorno positivo de intercambio de trabajo, opiniones y valores.
Su objetivo principal es establecer unas directrices que permitan proteger al máximo la privacidad, los derechos que por ley son reconocidos y la experiencia global de la red, siendo un complemento a las condiciones de acceso.
Si detectas cualquier violación por parte de un tercero de las normas de la red, podrás comunicárnoslo enviando un correo electrónico a didactalia@didactalia.net
En Didactalia favorecemos el intercambio de conocimiento de forma libre y sin ningún tipo de restricción inicialmente. No obstante, existen las limitaciones legales y contractuales relativas al contenido y el comportamiento entre usuarios.
4.1 Identidad del usuario
Debes facilitarnos datos ciertos al crear tu perfil y no mentirnos con la edad. Ya sabes, conforme a lo establecido en las condiciones de acceso, que los menores de 14 años no deben acceder a la Pagina Web, salvo que cuenten con el consentimiento de su padre, madre o tutor legal.
4.2 Contenidos
Con igual conformidad a lo establecido en las condiciones de acceso y uso, no debes intercambiar, compartir, guardar o favorecer, a través de nuestra red, materiales, opiniones o comentarios que infrinjan la normativa legal y las costumbres.
4.3 Invitaciones a la Comunidad
Cuando invites a participar a otras personas a una comunidad en la que colaboras, debes asegurarte de que conocen y aceptan estas condiciones de uso. Si Didactalia estima que se han infringido las normas de la comunidad por alguna de las personas invitadas, puede suspender o cancelar ambos perfiles para salvaguarda de los intereses generales de la comunidad en la que están participando y la integridad de Didactalia.
4.4 Usos de la comunidad
La invitación y el uso de las diferentes comunidades gestionadas por nuestra red social no pueden usarse para fines comerciales, salvo que DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN lo permita de forma expresa.
4.5 Actos no permitidos
Queda prohibido, por lo que será de tu exclusiva responsabilidad, el acceso o la utilización del Servicio con fines ilegales o no autorizados. Más específicamente, y sin que el siguiente listado tenga carácter absoluto, queda prohibido:
La realización de cualquiera de los anteriores comportamientos por tu parte permitirá a DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN, dependiendo de la gravedad y según su criterio, suspender o cancelar tu perfil de forma inmediata y, en su caso, retirar contenidos en los perfiles que vulneren este listado de actos no permitidos.
Llegado el caso, en aplicación de lo dispuesto en el párrafo anterior DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN suspenderá o cancelará tu perfil automáticamente. Dicho acto no te daría derecho a indemnización alguna. A todos estos efectos, te informamos que DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN podrá poner en conocimiento y colaborar oportunamente con las autoridades policiales y judiciales competentes si detectase cualquier infracción de la legislación vigente o si tuviera sospecha de delito.
Por último, queremos recordarte que DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN no se responsabiliza de las opiniones, declaraciones, manifestaciones y comentarios que realices desde las diferentes herramientas que en esta red social ponemos a tu disposición, siendo directamente responsable el titular de las claves de acceso a la red.
5.CLASES DIDACTALIA
5.1 Descripción de las Clases Didactalia y condiciones de uso
Los servicios y contenidos incluidos en Clases Didactalia queda explícita en la página donde se solicita su alta (ver https://didactalia.net/clases). Adicionalmente puede solicitarse información a DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN a través del correo didactalia@didactalia.net.
Podrán acceder al servicio Clases Didactalia los usuarios registrados con perfil Profesor en Didactalia, al cual se le atribuirá la condición de USUARIO PROFESOR, y los usuarios registrados con perfil Alumno, a los cuales se les atribuirá la condición de USUARIO ALUMNO.
5.2 Profesores
Registro de profesores. Solo se te permite usar los Servicios de Clases Didactalia como un usuario Profesor (“Profesor”) con la condición de que seas un profesor, un profesor asistente o un profesional educativo similar que esté empleado en el Centro educativo al que asiste el Alumno. Una vez que completes el proceso de registro y creación de tu clase, podrás distribuir el código de la clase y/o enviar invitaciones a tus Alumnos por correo electrónico, invitando a dichos Alumnos a registrarse para usar el Sitio y los Servicios de Clases Didactalia. Podemos cancelar una cuenta de usuario de Profesor en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso por cualquier incumplimiento de estos Términos.
Además de tus otras obligaciones especificadas en estos Términos, al registrarte para usar los Servicios como profesor de Clases Didactalia, declaras y garantizas que:

5.3 Alumnos
Registro de Alumnos: Solo se te permite utilizar los Servicios de Clases Didactalia como usuario Alumno ("Alumno") con la condición de que: (i) tengas al menos 14 años de edad; o (ii) si tienes menos de 14 años de edad, tu padre, madre o tutor legal hayan dado su consentimiento para el uso de los Servicios de Clases Didactalia a los cuales solo podrás acceder introduciendo el código de la clase facilitado por el profesor. Podemos cancelar el acceso de un Alumno a los Servicios en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso por cualquier incumplimiento de estos Términos.
Además de tus otras obligaciones especificadas en estos Términos, al registrarte para usar los Servicios como Estudiante, declaras y garantizas que:

6.SERVICIOS DE PAGO
6.1 General
Los servicios y contenidos incluidos en la suscripción de Didactalia queda explícita en la página donde se inicia la contratación (ver https://didactalia.net/servicios). Adicionalmente puede solicitarse información a DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN (ver apartado “Atención al cliente”)
La suscripción comienza a partir de la fecha desde la que el USUARIO solicita su suscripción a Didactalia, renovándose automáticamente cada 12 meses siempre y cuando no la haya anulado el USUARIO, lo que podrá hacer desde la página de Mis Suscripciones (https://didactalia.net/comunidad/materialeducativo/mis-suscripciones)
Al realizar la contratación de la suscripción el USUARIO deberá facilitar los detalles de su tarjeta de crédito (método de pago). El pago de la suscripción a DIDACTALIA se realizará mediante cargo en la tarjeta de crédito facilitada por el USUARIO.
Por su parte, DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN podrá cancelar la suscripción a Didactalia, sin notificación previa al USUARIO, por uso incorrecto del Sistema o la suscripción (incluyendo, pero no limitándose a la utilización o la gestión de datos por otras personas y organizaciones, en los términos previstos en la Cláusula 6 siguiente).
6.2 Condiciones de uso de la suscripción
Únicamente podrán acceder a los servicios de pago los mayores de edad que sean titulares de la tarjeta de crédito con la que realizan la suscripción, quienes deberán facilitar un nombre legal completo, una dirección de correo electrónico, así como cualquier información adicional requerida para su registro. La utilización y/o uso de estos servicios por cualquier persona debidamente registrada de conformidad con las presentes condiciones se le atribuirá la condición de USUARIO y como tal acepta que su uso es bajo su exclusiva responsabilidad.
El USUARIO se compromete a utilizar los servicios objeto del presente contrato, sin incurrir en actividades que puedan ser consideradas ilícitas o ilegales, que infrinjan los derechos de DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN o de terceros, o que puedan atentar contra la moral o las normas jurídicas. El USUARIO queda obligado a hacer un uso seguro, legal y responsable del contenido existente en el Sitio Web, siendo responsable ante DIDACTALIA EDUCACION o terceros, de los daños y perjuicios que se causen al quebrantar la normativa indicada.
El USUARIO queda obligado a informar a DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN de cualquier actividad ilícita o contraria a la buena fe u orden público que pueda advertir en el Sitio Web o durante el uso de los productos o servicios ofrecidos por DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN.
DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN no asume ninguna obligación de control o vigilancia ni se responsabiliza de los contenidos, informaciones y opiniones que puedan facilitar los USUARIOS a terceras personas a través del Sitio Web.
6.3 Derechos de uso
DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN otorga al USUARIO una licencia de uso no exclusivo, individual e intransferible, revocable y limitada, para acceder y usar los contenidos contratados de conformidad a estos términos y condiciones. DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN se reserva el derecho a prohibir, impedir o limitar al USUARIO el acceso al Sitio Web, o a los productos o servicios ofrecidos por DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN, en caso de infracción de la legislación vigente o normas contenidas en el presente Aviso Legal.
El nombre de usuario y contraseña utilizado para el acceso al Sitio Web, es personal e intransferible, y es obligación del USUARIO le mantenerlos en secreto. El USUARIO es el único responsable del uso del nombre de usuario y contraseña que le sea facilitado (o que elija el propio USUARIO), por lo que su uso por terceras personas será responsabilidad del USUARIO.
Para el acceso y uso de los productos y servicios ofrecidos por DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN, puede ser necesaria la descarga de algún programa o aplicación informáticos (software). DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN no se responsabiliza de la descarga del software ni de los efectos que la misma pueda ocasionar en el equipo informático del USUARIO.
DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN se reserva el derecho a interrumpir el acceso al Sitio Web, los productos o servicios ofrecidos por DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN, con el fin de actualizarlos, proceder al mantenimiento de la web, productos o servicios, o por cualquier otra causa justificada. En ningún caso DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN será responsable de la imposibilidad de prestar los servicios o productos contratados por causa de fuerza mayor, caso fortuito o acción de terceras personas.
El USUARIO no puede copiar, duplicar, prestar, vender, descargar, revender, republicar, transmitir cualquier parte del Sitio Web de su contenido ya sea para uso comercial o no comercial. El USUARIO no puede sublicenciar, descompilar, alquilar, vender, realizar ingeniería inversa, o crear obras derivadas de este Sitio Web o de sus Contenidos. El USUARIO no puede utilizar técnicas de framing para esconder la marca, logo y otras porciones del Sitio Web sin la autorización previa y por escrito de DIDACTALIA.
Asimismo, queda prohibida la reproducción, distribución, comunicación y/o transformación total o parcial de los contenidos de Didactalia incluidos en la suscripción, salvo para uso personal y privado. También, queda prohibida la utilización de cualquier método para revelar o duplicar la metodología didáctica o tecnológica para cualquier propósito que no sea personal o privado. Cualquier utilización de los mismos contraria a las normas en materia de propiedad intelectual, será perseguida con arreglo a la legislación vigente.
6.4 Precios, condiciones de pago y renovación de la suscripción
Los precios y los Planes de suscripción en vigor se pueden encontrar en el Sitio Web. El titular del ecosistema educativo Didactalia se reserva el derecho a cambiar las cuotas vigentes en cualquier momento debiendo poner en conocimiento de los usuarios los nuevos importes a través del Sitio Web. El USUARIO asume la responsabilidad de comprobar regularmente en el Sitio Web cualquier cambio en los precios o contenido de las prestaciones, no pudiendo rechazar la aplicación de estas modificaciones, pero sí pudiendo optar por no renovar el contrato,
El pago se realizará mediante tarjeta de crédito debiendo ser esta válida en el momento del pago, de acuerdo con la información que se especifique sobre dicho medio a tal efecto. No será necesario pago alguno para crear o usar una cuenta gratuita.
El cobro del servicio se hará por años anticipados y en ningún caso será reembolsable. El pago se efectúa por años (entendiendo como “año” un periodo de 12 meses naturales a contar desde la fecha de contratación). En este sentido, no se realizarán reembolsos o créditos por años parciales del servicio contratado, así como tampoco en caso de que el usuario no haga uso del mismo durante el periodo de tiempo en que la cuenta se halle abierta no haciéndose ningún tipo de excepción por ningún motivo.
Para el caso de que DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN no pueda cargar al usuario el importe correspondiente a los servicios contratados por motivos ajenos a DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN, se reserva el derecho de desactivar la cuenta del usuario de forma inmediata, de ponerse en contacto con el mismo para aclarar la situación y de no reactivarla hasta que se satisfagan los importes adeudados. Si de los reiterados intentos de cobro se derivan gastos bancarios o de cualquier otro tipo éstos correrán a cargo del cliente pudiendo el equipo técnico titular de RIAM realizar su cobro de forma inmediata en el medio de pago que considera oportuno.
Los pagos se harán efectivos en el momento de realizar la suscripción. Si la cuota de suscripción no es abonada por el USUARIO, se le bloqueará el acceso al Plan. Dicho acceso se desbloqueará después de la recepción del pago.
Ninguna cuota indicada en el Sitio Web incluye los impuestos u obligaciones exigidos por las autoridades gubernamentales. Será el usuario el único responsable del pago de dichos impuestos y obligaciones.
6.5 Cancelación de la suscripción
El USUARIO podrá cancelar su cuenta y su suscripción en cualquier momento desde la página de Mis Suscripciones (https://didactalia.net/comunidad/materialeducativo/mis-suscripciones), siendo éste el único responsable de su correcta cancelación. Sólo se podrán cancelar a través de la misma herramienta no siendo válidas las cancelaciones a través de correo electrónico, teléfono u otro medio distinto al indicado a tal efecto.
Una vez cancelada la suscripción por el USUARIO, ésta seguirá en vigor hasta su vencimiento. EN la práctica significa que podrás seguir utilizando los servicios y contenidos incluidos en la suscripción hasta la fecha de finalización detallada en la página de Mis Suscripciones (https://didactalia.net/comunidad/materialeducativo/mis-suscripciones)
El titular del sitio Web se reserva el derecho a denegar o retirar el acceso a portal y/o los servicios ofrecidos sin necesidad de preaviso, a instancia propia o de un tercero, a aquellos usuarios que incumplan las presentes Condiciones Generales de Uso, o sea así solicitado por la Administración o por los Jueces y Tribunales
Asimismo, DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN se reserva el derecho de cancelación de la suscripción y no permitir el acceso al Sitio Web ni a sus contenidos, en caso de que el USUARIO no esté al corriente en el pago de su suscripción.
6.6 Atención al cliente
Los clientes pueden ponerse en contacto con DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN para aclarar dudas o resolver incidencias que hayan podido surgir en relación al proceso de compra y descarga de los productos adquiridos.

El horario de atención al cliente es de lunes a viernes (laborables) de 9:00 a 13:00 y de 14:00 a 17:00. En horario de verano, del 1 de Julio al 31 de Agosto, el horario de atención será de 10:00 a 14:00h.
Para mejorar la eficiencia de DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN resolviendo incidencias, recomendamos a los clientes que aporten su nombre completo, DNI, email y teléfono de contacto, así como una descripción de los hechos causantes de la incidencia.
7. RESPONSABILIDADES
Didactalia es una colección de contenidos educativos representados y enriquecidos; para ello utilizamos las tecnologías y estándares de la web semántica y los principios de la Linked Open Data Web, que posibilitan que nuestros sistemas "comprendan" y puedan computar textos que originalmente hemos escrito las personas. Didactalia utiliza estas tecnologías con el fin de buscar hacer accesible y compendiar de manera semiautomática el conocimiento relacionado sobre un determinado tema. Este es un rasgo que no se encuentra en la mayor parte de las colecciones educativas.
La principal vía de enriquecimiento de la información, que utiliza Didactalia, aunque no la única, es la Dbpedia, un proyecto de la Web Semántica que permite acceder a los contenidos de la Wikipedia, a su vez, una enciclopedia singular en la que los artículos se editan en comunidad, el material evoluciona constantemente, la diversidad de temas es inmensa, y que no posee un plan de trabajo prefijado.
Ello, junto a la variedad histórica de contenidos que se han publicado en la Wikipedia y al hecho de que las tecnologías semánticas pueden incurrir en errores de comprensión, hace a veces difícil determinar exactamente qué material es adecuado para el enriquecimiento de Didactalia. A pesar de todo, los resultados suponen un gran avance y resultan de gran utilidad para la enseñanza y el aprendizaje.
A pesar de que hemos complementado las labores automáticas de enlazado de contenidos con un filtrado manual de los que pueden resultar más dudosos con el fin de eludir aquellos que carezcan de interés educativo, Didactalia no puede garantizar que los contenidos educativos de la comunidad no convoquen en algún caso algún contenido ofensivo o inadecuado de Wikipedia. En caso de que existiera alguno, Didactalia emprenderá las acciones precisas para eliminarlos en el menor tiempo posible. Por favor, les rogamos que, en el caso de que detecten algún contenido inapropiado, nos lo comuniquen a través de didactalia@didactalia.net. Revisaremos todas las denuncias lo antes posible y tomaremos las medidas oportunas.
DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN no se responsabiliza de las opiniones, declaraciones, manifestaciones y comentarios que realices desde las diferentes herramientas que en esta red social ponemos a tu disposición, siendo directamente responsable el titular de las claves de acceso a la red.
Para conseguir los fines para los que Didactalia ha sido creada, queda prohibido el uso de los perfiles de usuario para actos que sean considerados como ilegales o no autorizados, que sean un ataque para otros usuarios, fraudulentos, difamatorios o que incumplan nuestro código ético.
DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN se reserva el derecho a desactivar los nombres de usuarios y cuentas que hayan estado inactivos durante más de 6 meses.
En Didactalia, el usuario podrá encontrar enlaces que le conducirán a páginas web, blogs, materiales o sitios en la web no gestionados por DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN y sobre los cuales DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN no ejerce control alguno, no siendo responsable del contenido, de servicios o productos ofertados desde los mismos, de la veracidad de la información que terceros ofrezcan o cualquier otro tipo de contenido que se ofrezca.
8. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL
8.1 General
DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN es titular o tiene la correspondiente licencia de uso sobre los derechos de explotación de propiedad intelectual e industrial de la Página Web, así como de los contenidos disponibles a través de la misma. En ningún caso, se entenderá que el hecho de permitir a los usuarios el acceso a la Página Web implica una renuncia, transmisión, licencia o cesión, total ni parcial, de dichos derechos, por parte de DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN. Queda prohibido modificar, copiar, reutilizar, explotar, reproducir, comunicar públicamente, hacer segundas o posteriores publicaciones, cargar archivos, enviar por correo, transmitir, usar, tratar o distribuir de cualquier forma la totalidad o parte de los contenidos incluidos en la presente Página Web para propósitos públicos o comerciales si no se cuenta con la autorización expresa y por escrito de DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN.

DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN utiliza recursos de terceros como la plataforma youtube* e informa a sus usuarios que, en ese caso además de estas condiciones le es de aplicación los términos y condiciones de servicio de youtube y que puede consultar en https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

9.POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD Y DATOS PERSONALES
Mediante la aceptación de las condiciones, el USUARIO queda informado y presta su consentimiento libre, informado, específico e inequívoco para que los datos personales que facilita con motivo de su registro a Didactalia, y en su caso, de su suscripción a Didactalia sean tratados por DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN de acuerdo con lo especificado en su política de privacidad.
10.MODIFICACION Y DURACIÓN DEL AVISO LEGAL
DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN se reserva el derecho a efectuar, sin previo aviso, las modificaciones que considere oportunas en el Sitio Web, pudiendo cambiar, suprimir o añadir tantos contenidos y servicios que se presten a través de éste, como la forma en la que éstos aparecen representados o localizados en el portal.
Éstos Términos y Condiciones serán efectivos desde el 22 de abril de 2020 y sustituirán a todos los anteriores términos y condiciones. DIDACTALIA EDUCACIÓN podrá modificar en cualquier momento las Condiciones Generales aquí determinadas. 11.LEGISLACION Y JURISDICCIÓN APLICABLE.
Las presentes Condiciones de uso quedan sujetas al ordenamiento español.
