We often wonder how much water is in the foods we eat. We're also fascinated to learn that we ourselves are made of more than 95% water. In this experiment we test the water content of substances found in nature. Methods of calculating water content include dehydration, chemical titrations and mechanical devices that are sensitive to the properties of water. How is water content measured?
